LiTaq™ DNA 聚合酶是一种热稳定性 DNA 聚合酶，具有 5'→3' 聚合酶活性和 5'→3' 核酸外切酶活性，但没有 3'→5' 核酸外切酶活性。 LiTaq™ DNA 聚合酶是从过表达栖热菌 DNA 聚合酶基因的大肠杆菌 (E.coli) 菌株中纯化得到的。 在此酶中未检测到核酸内切酶、核酸外切酶或细菌 DNA。
