The DNA ladder is composed of 10 individual DNA fragments: 10k, 9k, 8k, 7k, 6k, 5k, 4k, 3k, 2k, 1k bp derived from a mixture of PCR products and specifically digested plasmid DNA. This product contains one enhanced bands (5 kb) for easy referencing. |
